I am writing this review after using Customs Tree Services two times for the removal of hazardous trees on my property. This company was referred to us by a family member. Both trees (Manitoba Maples) had the potential to cause damage to property as well as persons. Hugo (the Arborist) and his team, in his inspection and review of the property and trees was thorough and honest. He explained the work that had to be performed and gave me recommendations/suggestions as well as the opportunity to ask my questions. Once the tree permit was obtained, all of the work was done quickly and thoroughly. Not an easy task as we required the services of a crane for one of the trees that was identified as 'massive' and whose branches were intertwined with the cable wires. The finished job exceeded my expectations. The team was excellent and their clean up afterwards was thorough. There was barely any signs that the tree removal team has been on our property. Every member of the team was polite and professional. Very impressed with the caliber of this company. We highly recommend the company 'Custom Tree Service' to anyone looking to have a tree removal or trimming services. They will not disappoint.
