We got a 2021 qashqai from here. It is a good vehicle, but the rep switched and baited us. He changed the payment terms without letting us know. Just beware.

They also checked my partner's credit 4 times, and now it's flagged. I am unsure how many times they checked mine. Their behaviour is disgusting and malicious.

the financial manager called and said he would help, but after a long phone call, he did absolutely nothing. waste of time and money.

if you need a loan and have credit issues. DO NOT GO HERE. they will offer to help, but in the end, they will just make it worst for you.

A Hugh reason as to why we chose Kia ,Was there Safety Features are Impeccable , We have a 15 yr old Daughter.. I feel very Calm and as much at peace as a mother can be when it comes to our Children driving.... However with all the Safety Features that come with Any of the KIA Vehicles, I know I can rest more easy knowing how SAFE she is regardless if she is Driving or is a Passenger.... :)

I have been taking my Sedona to Sherwood Kia for the last 5 years and LOVE their service dept.. So, buying my next Kia from them was only logical. My hubby and I bought 2 cars from them in the same month, and had an awesome experience with Jerome. AND, free oil changes/rotations for life come with it! My Mom sold cars for many years and I know a thing or two about shady dealerships. Sherwood Kia is a class operation and they strive to provide excellent customer service!
