Their services, client care, and accountability are horrible!!!!! If you are lucky to buy a car without any problem, great! I bought a brand new car and the emergency brake doesn't work as it should be. I ask them to check it out and they did but they said they couldn't do anything, that they are sorry but I have to handle it and then they said they put tape on the camera to help. They put tape to fix my brand new car..........I emailed the sales, service, and branch manager, no one had the courtesy to even reply to me. I went there to complain that my emergency brake doesn't work and they said it's a weather problem. I would like to add that I made this complaint at the beginning of Fall!! there was no snow, just cold weather. Most of my mornings or afternoons my emergency brake doesn't work and no one there cares, they treat me as nonsense and with irony/ sarcasm. Their managers are disrespectful and they don't have an idea what client care means. Do NOT buy your Nissan there! drive a few minutes and buy your car somewhere else. It's worth the drive because they only care about the sale. Horrible client care if you have a problem.
