Terrible customer service. I was old I had an appointment at 140. I received a call at 1:30 from The clinic to advise I missed my 120 appt. I advised I am in my car to be there for my 1:40 appt they advised that they could not see me now and I have to pay a missed fee of $68 which would not be waived due to the confusion. I was also going to rebook.
Money grab and poor customer service! Would not listen to any of my comments. Money grab!
