Well my 2nd time dealing with this company.. I have had 3 wonderful divers .. Very polite and thoughtful and have great customer service skills .. Now as per the lady well we will call her that, the one that dispatches in the day well how how this woman is even there is beyond me .. She should NOT be allowed to answer a business phone nor speak to a customer .. She has got.to be the most ignorant and un professional person every ... My cab fares usually run between 300 to 1600 a month very sad that after just these few times in already considering taking my business to Brockville .. Sad to see thus beautiful little community loss business...
