Reviews of Rexall in Southampton

An Owner's unprofessional handling of an issue with a (paying) customer in-store is inexcusable.
The present owner of the Southampton Rexall was rude right from the get-go and then gave me dirty looks afterwards.

Naturally, I was taken aback by this of course. She could have chosen to take a more polite approach instead and that would have certainly resulted in a more polite and positive response from me. I did not deserve to be spoken to and treated in such a manner. I was publicly humiliated in front of the people at cash. It was a traumatizing experience.

Had she made any effort at all to be polite from the start then I certainly would have responded in kind. The issue could have been resolved more peacefully and to everyone's satisfaction. Her abrupt rudeness wasn't called for and neither were her dirty looks.

If the ""current"" owner doesn't know how to go about handling an issue she has with a paying customer in a more professional and courteous manner--than she has no business running a store, nor any business. Until new ownership takes place I will never shop there again. And I would most certainly discourage all of my family, friends and anyone else from going there as well.
