I call Misty my health ninja as well versed in all forms of massage. She explains everything perfectly and adapts her techniques during your session as the need arises. She has made a HUGE difference in my life!!!!!!

Misty uses all of her knowledge when treating you. Whether it’s stretching or deep tissue massage- she is able to help with your specific problems. She listens and asks questions; in order to properly treat that area. She is professional and knowledgeable in her approach to your care.
