Reviews of Invision-The Optical in Spruce Grove

Invision optical in Spruce Grove Alberta has a very hard time understanding a clients wishes...and seemingly just ignores what it is that a customer asks for. I gave very specific directions to the personnel to "NOT" phone my house and to call my work number as my husband is at home sleeping because he is working nights! Calling him once was bad enough...and after I explained to them when I picked up my order....had a very sarcastic lady with an attitude pretty much lip me off when I explained to please not call my house???? The "VERY NEXT DAY" they call my house "AGAIN" to inform me my other order was complete!!!! COMPLETELY INCOMPITENT the staff at Invision Optical Spruce Grove, AB. If you have a special request you need to speak very very slowly and possibly draw this staff a picture with detailed direction! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
