Reviews of Parkland Eye Care in Spruce Grove

I am from the Northwest Territories and I needed to get my eyes checked badly as I couldn't get the help I needed up north. They accommodated me almost immediately and I got in to see the Doctor very quickly. The staff were great! The Doctor was very thorough with the examination and explanations of everything along with answering all of my questions. Coming back was very easy in order to get a sitting for trying out glasses as I couldn't do it all in the same day as I had other appointments. They even work through the lunch hour. The receptionist was extremely helpful with figuring out how and what needed to get paid for under my two plans and I didn't have to do anything! The optician was very helpful with the glasses fitting and with setting up the delivery through Canada Post. Everyone was so very helpful and very pleasant and it seemed to me that they really liked their jobs. You can certainly tell when someone doesn't want to be there. I will definitely return there for service when I can and I highly recommend them.
