DON’T FALL FOR THESE PAID REVIEWS Horrible service here not that knowledgeable NEED to hire more staff so your not waiting hours on hours for medication or health products that are needed at certain times! Or when you call a day ahead and still have to wait!!! It’s super sad this was a great pharmacy not to sure what happened with the staff lately but it’s gone down hill need to upgrade the staff like they upgrade the store 🫡🫥

Have been a safeway store & pharmacy customer for near on 20 years & today got treated like street scum by one of your pharmacists.
Yes your computer system has been down for 4 days & that must be more than a little annoying but when my husband has been trying to place an order for insulin through those 4 days & was yesterday told to come in & " we'll do something for you" as he was totally out, to then be told go somewhere else because he didn't have an old box!!!!!!
There is no tolerance for abuse or rudeness towards your staff however this woman deserved nothing but rudeness & abuse.
You have lost us as customers, you have lost our respect, but you have gained my greatest efforts to alert as many people as I can to your behavior.
