Reviews of Sobeys in Spruce Grove

We are a newer young family to Spruce Grove and I have been to this post office twice now to get much needed mail. Both visits I receive extremely poor service from the post office staff and attitude. This visit I arrived 5 mins after 6pm, the clerk was still there working, but I'm still unable to pick up my mail because she is closed at 6pm. Sorry lady that I work out of town and have to pick up my young child and was 5 mins late! I will be seeking assistance from Canada post in regards to this poor customer service and also hope the store manager can speak to these employees about their attitude. I have always enjoyed shopping at Sobeys, but I'm sure I will stop bringing all of my business to this location if the attitude of these employees doesn't change. I'm pretty disappointed with this Sobeys customer service at this location.
