Reviews of Fine Lines Medical Aesthetics in St. Albert

I'm very disappointed about having to write this bad review about this clinic and staff. I'm very upset about my experience here. My first experience at the clinic was fantastic, they were friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to do Botox injections here again. Paid about 750 $. After the injections were done, I was waiting for the results. Unfortunately, I've had absolutely no results after recommended wait time. I mean there's no physical change in my appearance at all. Obviously this is upsetting. I called the office and explained my concern. The owner was not very pleasant on the phone and stated that their office is very busy and I need to wait for a week to see her again. I was asking if I can come this week because I wanted to be ready for a family event . She stated, that if I'm not satisfied, I can to go to my plastic surgeon. She refused to give me a refund. I likely won't be back.
