I worked here for a miserable 3 weeks.I was called and interviewed in the same day then started the following morning. I soon found out through gossip, I was only hired for a month while the so called manager was away on a working holiday for a month. I realized why my training on clinic procedures was so inadequate.If I asked Lendy any questions I was spoken to rudely and ignored. I was cleaning a patient room and found Dr Alqaser's (owner) healthquest and IM open to see he and Lendy were negatively gossiping about me.She was overseas ,working on line at the clinic .IM is our email on healthquest, this should have been closed when this Dr left the room.I did not touch the mouse or keyboard it was left WIDE open ! FOIP is taken seriously for most medical staff.Dr Alqaser did not like I ate on a stand only table in the so called lunch room. There were no table or chairs to have a proper meal away from the front desk.I was fine with this until he came in one day ,as I was out of sight and was not happy I had my lunch bag,food and small purse beside the microwave! I preferred to stay in there ,our break was only 20 minutes all day .I had a cup of coffee which he said everyone was welcome to. I later heard through gossip why am I ? This Dr is a coward for not speaking to me directly about anything as Lendy the so called manager is.I have been in professional Healthcare for 20 years and have never heard more complaints about the Dr's and Admin staff ever.This clinic is dysfunctional, should not be open.I did confront this Dr when I quite, not to be a gossiping coward as he is.It was a blessing I saw this gossip his EMR open for anyone to See!!College of Physicians be aware this clinic is just about making money NOT patient care!
