I would 100% not recommend Sarah at this salon! In fact if I could have rated her below zero I would have! Went in last week for a trim only. Since she did the last few cuts there should not have been a problem. After she cut the back and crown she even commented how short it was. I told her then it was too short and that I didn’t want the front cut that short. But she did anyways. She did not cut my hair the way I asked her to - she gave me a brush cut and then proceeded to completely cut my bangs off…almost 3 inches!! I asked for a trim! I commented that it was way too short and she did not say anything. Not only is this not what I asked for it isn’t even a good cut! The brush cut is super uneven. There are spots where she thinned it out right down to my scalp so they look like bald spots. It will be months before it grows back. Absolutely the worst cut I have ever had! I’m embarrassed to even step out of my house it’s so bad! Sarah is supposed to be a professional but she is completely incompetent. A 5 year old with safety scissors could have done a better job…save yourself the grief and don’t go to this salon!
