I brought my cat to the clinic, he was sick. Dr Chivers examined him and my Whiskey had serious health problems. He was 19 years old and I made the decision to put him to sleep. I have to say, the kindness,not to mention the professionalism of everyone at this clinic was outstanding! There's too many vets who will "cash in" on your emotions. Not so, with Dr Chivers. They REALLY care about your cat, regardless of age. I will be eternally grateful for their kindness and understanding at the difficult time I had to face. Amazing staff and sheer compassion. Please read this review, Whiskey was put to sleep less than 12 hours ago, I couldn't have hoped for a more compassionate and understanding for his passing. Dr Chivers really cares for your cat, first and foremost. Dr Chivers even went into the reception area where my friend was to thank her for being with me. Thank you so much, it's a really difficult time for me. I appreciate your kindness.
