I went to get my engagement ring resized, it ended up being to big so I went back today. The manager wouldn't even look at my ring, he just said that he doesn't make mistakes and if I did want it fixed I had to pay more money. When I asked to talk to someone else he said he was the owner, then he asked if I spoke English and swore at me. Not impressed, horrible customer service. He was still hollaring at me from across the store as I was leaving.

DO NOT TAKE JEWELLERY to KARAT JEWELLERS inside fairview mall, st. Catharines for repair. They will break your jewellery, charge you for it, THEN try and charge you more for repairing what they broke. Owner is rude too and will call you names! Save your time and money!! I wish someone had warned me before I took my precious jewellery here.
