Dishwasher repair, tech could not pull the machine out, broke clamps on the basket. He kept running outside not sure why,asked me to turn the water and power off 3 times. I called Lincoln appliance and informed them of the incident explaining that the tech was very
unsure of what he was doing. I lost any confidence in Lincoln Appliance service.I was sent an invoice for $176,28 stating the tile was to high to pull out the machine,the basket holder fell off must have already been broken? Another
company was able to pull out the machine no problem and take care of the issue. Unethical business practices ...go elsewhere.

When you are a part of the problem you can't be the solution.
Warranty call for whirlpool dryer. Unit just quit as I was starting it and it was dead as a door mail (dad used to say). Lincoln sent out tech who passed blame on electric feed to unit, told me to call electrician. I called and paid for an electrician to say after checking every piece of hardware all clear. Lincoln said they wouldn't come back without a credit card secured on file. Firstly I don't want any credit card on "file" so I said not happening and hung up. Back to whirlpool who was as surprised as me about the credit card thing on a call back. New service company coming tomorrow and Lincoln appliance is paying for my electrician bill for NOT DOING THEIR JOB.
