Reviews of Perfect Stitch in St. Catharines

There is nothing perfect about Perfect Stitch at 285 Geneva Street in St. Catharines. If I could give this place no stars I would! The owner is the rudest person I’ve ever met. My future daughter-in-law took her wedding dress to this shop to be hemmed. It was brought directly from the bridal salon. She put it on to be pinned up. It was pristine. She went to pick it up and the skirt was covered in stains. The owner venomously denied that it was her fault because she doesn’t take it out of the garment bag while she’s sewing!! So this woman is saying that she hemmed two layers of a wedding dress as well as add a bustle without taking it out of the bag!! She makes all of her customers pay in advance. So now my future daughter-in-law is out $180 plus $260 it’s going to cost for dry cleaning which the owner screamed that it isn’t her responsibility! Avoid this place at all cost!!
