Horrible quality and customer service. I purchased a couch and at the beginning of August 2022. Within 1 month the loveseat where my husband was sitting started to fray significantly. When we contacted the store they were helpful and said they would order a new cover. As time went on we heard nothing back and the cushions got so bad that the foam was exposed. When we contacted them again they said it didn't come and they would reorder the cover and this time with the foam cushions. Those came about 3 weeks later. I picked them up in the evening and in less than 24 hours I could see it starting to happen again. This is with sleeping and work during that time so maybe a total of 1.5 hours of being sat on. We contacted them again and was basically told that it must be us or something were doing - it's not. They said they would order again. 6 weeks pass and the cushions have become worn and stuffing is coming out and word from the store - by this point, we're into February. I emailed and sent updated photos and the next day new cushions were in again (coincidence?). I'll be picking up the new ones and we'll see if it happens again.

During this time and through conversations with the manager I've been told that it's my fault, that it pretty much sucks to be us and there's nothing they will do. They said it's on Ashley and after the one year warranty we're out of luck and will have to live with whatever condition the cushions are in at that point. I asked to exchange them for a new set since this seems to be an ongoing issue and was told they can't.

I'm into month 7 of owning this loveseat and have had a total of one week with it looking half decent and they really can't seemed to be bothered with making things right.

So buyer beware. You're much better off going right to the source rather than through a 3rd party who either can't or wont help when you're sold faulty furniture.
