The worst garage ever. They completely ripped me off. Do not go to this garage!!

This place felt like a shady car repair shop because of my experience.

I went in to repair two flat tires on two different bikes. The price quoted over the phone for a rear flat repair "starts" at $20, however in person I was told each tire would be $45 for labour + $12 parts.

One bike took double the estimated time to repair.

The repairman did not repair the second bike because there were additional issues with the tire instead of only the tube, however still tried to charge labour costs. I asked him why he would charge labour if the bike was not fixed. He got defensive and said other bike shops would charge even more. He specifically said "don't come back next time if you're not willing to pay labour costs". Each bike shop I've been to always provides free quotes and NEVER charge if they don't fix the issue. I think it's disingenuous to advertise free quotes and then trying to charge customers for doing the work necessary to understand the full costs of the repair. The employee also stated he need to charge me because he's loosing time which could be spent on repairing other bikes. Sorry but I'm not your employer, I'm paying you for a service, not your time. Eventually his colleague noticed he was being rude and stepped in and said not to charge labour.
