Full review on google, but this addendum summarizes my points. Addendum A. I do agree with aspects of this for example the wedding was booked in January by my wife. However, I left out that she didn't agree to our compromise until three days before the wedding. So I emailed them, two days before the wedding asking for an minor revision. The fact is I was sent an email, saying they could not do any changes for legal reasons under the marriage act. They did an comprise on the day off the ceremony, but again they didn't make reasonable effort, for example writing it down on an sticky note for accuracy with wording. It was after the fact, that I learned that they could have done the modifications as requested within forty eight hours. I spoke to other elopement business, that stated they could do the modifications with no hesitation. That forty eight hours is also reasonable notice for change as it was minor changes. One elopement even offered an free fifteen minute spaceballs make up event for free. So the issue in the end, is the false information about the marriage act told to me, minor changes to the ceremony could have been done. Which raises the question to, did they just want to stick with what the ceremonies they do all the time for there routine? They didn't personally contact me, in anyway to apologize and learn from this incident. In talking to business etiquette experts, the business failed to offer an apology of any kind, as well. The wording like " We're sorry things, didn't work out as you would have like. "We tried our best to accommodate, upon short notice. Well take this experience to improve upon our services." So on Google I've taken the liberty to change my rating from three stars to one.
