I had a bad experience with 4sons concrete this year. I had a previous experience with this company and I can’t say anything bad about their workmanship. My only problem with this company was when I referred it to another person for a driveway. We discussed date that the homeowner wanted the work done. Jeremiah’s only gave us a date after he received a deposit. That date was not good for the homeowner, and when she asked for deposit back, Jeremiah’s offered to give back $300 out of the $500. When he dropped off the check, he only gave back $250 instead of $300 he promised. It had been back and forth with this company for several weeks now. Even though it says free estimate on his contract, he told me he has to get paid for coming over for estimate. The homeowner is 86 and I don’t think it is alright for legit contractor to do that to a senior. I have learnt that good honest contractors don’t usually ask for deposit . They get paid after work is complete. All I’m saying is that homeowners should be careful of contractors who ask for deposits before work starts. This company took money from a senior and he don’t feel bad about it. Beware !
