Although the staff were friendly I do NOT have a good experience with this company at all!
I contacted them two years ago for opening & closing my inground pool. We found out after opening that liner is damaged and leaking. So, they empty the pool and fixed the liner as they told me!
Last summer, I made a contract with this company for weekly maintenance and opening/closing. The pool was losing water few inches everyday all summer long and also the water was clean and clear just two or three times with some algae left here and there after cleaning (I'm glad still have all dated pictures after weekly maintenance) but they said the pump is old and not working well!
They broke the waterfall's pipe while they were replacing the pump, and nobody came to fix it even after I emailed Andrew letting know what happened. Also, when I complained that pool still leaking again nothing happened. Let alone, cleaning was not great even after installing the brand new pump!
The cleaning was a mess and I was not happy at all with their service, the water was clear just once and I sent a thank you email to Andrew but it was just the only time!
As I'm a person who doesn't like to shop around and change the contractors decided to work with them this summer too and give them a chance to fix the waterfall and maybe leaking before writing this review. So, sent an email to Andrew for a new seasonal contract and also get a quote for installing a new heater. When I called them few times to book an appointment, they just ignored my phone messages and did not get back to me!
I'm a single mother and rent my place over the summer to help me with the mortgage payments, so I needed to hire Ace Pools Co. to have a clear and clean pool but it never happened and now I have to pay another company to fix the waterfall and probably leaking. I do not recommend this company at all!

Ace pools and ace landscaping built us the backyard of our dreams. Very friendly. Amazing work and people. Would recommend them to everyone
