After promising to build a pool 2 years ago, this company never fulfilled their promise. Now, after push came to shove, the truth comes out. Initially, they promised to be on site Spring 2022.
“We are in the business of making money. Why would we come to do your job if it takes us 2 more days than other jobs. That’s like losing half a pool.” Let’s see…because you said you would be here June…then July…then August…then September? Because we are paying a premium for the extra time spent?
“Why would I call you to inform you about things going on? I’m busy managing 1000 other pools.” Again, hmm…because you promised you would?
