Reviews of Cargo Auto in Stratford

I had an unfortunate accident with a deer and my car was written off by the insurance company. I was interested in looking at a Chevrolet Trax. I went to a bigger dealership that had two Trax models for sale, but both were sold before I got there, and I didn't feel I received an encouraging reception, to stay and shop further. My husband popped into the Stratford location of Cargo and found a Trax, even newer that the two I had wanted to look at. After that the process went very quickly and efficiently, and I felt totally welcomed to come in and check out the vehicles available at Cargo Stratford. From the first time I came through the door at Cargo, I was totally welcomed and given excellent customer service. Nicole Henderson and her staff are awesome. All my questions were answered, and the sale was looked after very professionally and I was happily on the road driving my "new to me car" a week after I test drove it! I would recommend Cargo Auto of Stratford to anyone looking for a pre-owned car! Very courteous, very efficient, very helpful, well worth stopping in for a visit!
