Poor
Stay away from this place, they're irresponsible, morally reprehensible money-grubbing, murderers. Their negligence lead to the death of my Chihuahua, Peanut. He went to them as a patient for the entirety of his life. He was sick since being a puppy with renal issues. He started showing symptoms of it worsening last summer and they failed to treat him. I waited over a month to get in to see them. After he had finally seen them, they told me he was only dehydrated. Test results showed something serious was going on and they withheld them from me. The vet on duty even went as far as to try to convince me that he didn't have ongoing renal issues. They even disposed of his records, it made them blind and ignorant to what was going on and they wouldn't listen to me. The vet tried to force me to put him through rigorous and costly testing when he was dying from his kidneys failing.
Additionally, they were impossible to get ahold of. They didn't return my calls. The receptionist even lied to me about his test results at one point, claiming they were good and that there was nothing wrong with him. He died less than a week after seeing that vet from kidney failure. According to the vet, he was just dehydrated.

Losing him the way I did was one of the most traumatic and heartrending experiences of my life and I will never know what would have happened if I had a vet that kept their records, listened to the owner, and taken good care of their patients. Don't allow them to do this to you. Save your animal and protect your own heart by going elsewhere.

*note
This happened more than once. My boyfriend has a cat who he used to take there. After what happened to Peanut we were in the process of moving him over to a new vet and he happened to fall sick. He has diabetes and other chronic issues. The vet again pretended to be unaware of these ongoing issues even with years of records stating that he had them and they treated him. They tried to refuse him treatment and force rigorous, unneeded testing onto him.

They're in it for the money, that's it. They don't care about animals.
