I don’t normally write reviews however because of the bad customer service I had with this store’s owner I felt I needed to share my experience.

I went into the store in late September 2021 and asked the owner to order a pair of boots for me that I had seen online. The owner kept showing me boots she had in the store even though I told her several times I wanted the ones I had seen online. She finally said that she’d order them. Over the next month I either phoned or went to the store to find out where my boots were and was told that they were on a container somewhere. In November I phoned the supplier, who is in Montreal, to see if they had the boots I wanted in stock and to my surprise they said yes. I called the store owner and told her this and she said that she would call the supplier rep to find out what was going on with my order and would get back to me. I never heard back from her. I called the store the following week and was told the boots had been shipped to the store’s previous location in Toronto and then shipped back. I was told that the supplier would reship. The following week I called the store to advise if I didn’t receive the boots by end of day I would order them myself. The owner called me back at the end of the day to advise the boots would be in the next day. I told her to forget about them because I had already ordered them. I received my order from the supplier the following week. I honestly believe that the store owner never ordered the boots until November. Had I known this I would have ordered them directly myself, however I wanted to support my local business. Big mistake. The only bright note is the store manager Linda. She was very understanding to my situation. I wish I had dealt with her from the beginning.
