Kellie the owner of Mrs. Clifford's computer business just saved me hundreds of dollar because I did not have to purchase a new computer. I gave the business an A+ rating for the following reasons. My desktop computer was not working properly and if I was able to get it going it took a long time. There was major problems with it - Therefore I began looking into buying a new computer . On my search I saw the great reviews about Mrs. Clifford's computer repair business and decided to take my computer in to Kellie. To shorten my story - I was so please with her job that I took my second desktop in for repairs. 1.Service was fast 2. Price was very affordable
3. The computer was physically cleaned and all of my programs was set up for easy and rapid entry. 4 . Assurance of the computer operating properly and that if I needed help it was only a phone call away.
Both my desktop computers are working perfectly.
I think that Kellie values her customers so much that she spent extra time teaching me things about my computer parts and explaining to me how different programs operated and that the windows safety programs was a reliable one.
