delivery guys called me for 10 seconds and status is showing receiver was absent! wth? even after calling them 3 times back they do not respond. and they taking 2 days time to setup picking location ! what a great service !

When waiting for an important letter, and it should have taken 5 days max. Well, I should have received it no later than the 24th - 27th of February max. Finally tracking it, it was at the destination to be delivered, on the 24th, still nothing by the 27th. Got a call from Purolators on March 3rd, telling me it was a bad address and needed a unit #, I have a house NOT an apartment, verified the address and it was the right address. Again waited till the 6th of March, before I finally received it. Well I could only guess the mail man can’t read, but they should have made an effort to drop it off asap. They held it for 10 days. Now that’s bad service. Not a happy camper.

Mar 31, 2021, I have 3 packages that were on the truck to be delivered today. I am on the Hwy 6 Manitoulin run. The driver reported "Delay Due to Missed Delivery". They never showed!!! There was no missed delivery. We were home and we checked the store where they drop off and they never showed! Get responsible replacement drivers or tell them to get out of bed earlier. The normal driver leaves by 7:10, NOT 8:25!! Get your act together & don't blame COVID for laziness!
