Reviews of Starbucks in Sudbury

I absolutely give Starbucks Sudbury Barrydowne location early am staff a good star! Friendly, warm, interested, intuitive, welcoming. This and so much more. So great that I do not mind the sm wait at times. Do we all not have their FREE WIFI to tap in to while waiting?! Five Stars I say!!
BUT, I will defiantly not say the same for Head Office “Senior Customer Relations Specialist” (who cannot even share his last name like our Prime Minister does) Jacques “R”. My reply from him when I had an issue was “generalized “ and ended with “Warm Regard” Jacques (R). This Starbucks “Specialist “. needs retraining at our very own Barrydowne location. Now this staff knows CUSTOMER RELATIONS. And then , and only if Jacques (R) succeeds with retraining in a customer Relations, he may sign off on e mails with a “Warm Regards”.
