I love Stephanie! Always friendly and I come away with a great cut. The studio is clean, products terrific and staff very helpful.

I am so sorry to have to write this review after hearing such great things about this salon but I am so dissapointed with how my hair has turned out I feel I need to write this.
I had a lady by the name of Lisa do my hair. I told her that I wanted blonde highlights with the color of my roots drawn throughout my hair to give me some definition. I asked her to please make sure that when she did the blonde that she went right to my roots as I didnt want it to look like I have 2 months worth of growth showing, she said no problem she would do that. My hair looks so ugly I cant believe it. If I could upload a picture, I would. I have hair that looks like I need to get my roots done. It is uneven and all over the place with brassy tones at the tips of my roots that dont blend in at all....it is absolutey a butchered job!!! I did call back in tears saying how awful my hair looked....nobody was available to speak with me and I was told that someone would call me back, to be fair, I did receive a call but was too upset to even talk. Im sure they would be happy to correct it if given the chance, but if Lisa screwed up that bad the first time, I dont want to even go back and have her try and get it right. This was not a difficult highlight procedure, this was someone who clearly just sucks at what they do. Lisa if you are reading this I am sorry, but after the price I paid and to have results like this....your skills need some serious work. Management if you are reading this, please know that although she may be a very nice woman, her skills need attention. My hair looks gross and I have to fork out more money now to hopefully have it corrected. This is not what someone should have to go through after seeing a senior stylist at your salon.
