Hi. Last August I went into Ford looking to trade in my Edge for an Explorer. I called because I seen one that I wanted to take for a test drive. Vern answered and he said give me some time to get it down. He then called back within 15 minutes and said I could come in. I went in and took it for a test drive, spoke with him about some options. He then sent me to deal with the money part, an she was great as well. As soon as I accepted Vern had sent it in to get ready for me. There was a problem with the AC lines, that they thought they fixed but it was something that ended up to be a big job, he had no problem getting it in asap when the parts came in, and there was a little chip in the windshield that I advised him of and he took it and got it fixed no questions asked. Vern was an exceptional person to deal with. His knowledge is beyond. I'm glad he answered the phone that day. Its almost been a year, and I just reviewed an email from him wishing me a Happy Birthday that goes a long way. You are a very lucky company to have such a dedicated, and knowledgeable associate.
