Went to the store to get part # for dishwasher kick plate..
20 min in line …
Customer service representative couldn’t find part # , after I did show even a picture of the dishwasher..
He told me go find part # and came back when you know what you want…
I told him it’s his job as authorized part distributor to look up for the parts for the customer…
Then he start raising his voice on me, and I ask
Him not to do that ..
Then he refused to service me as customer and tell me to go to the store manager..
When I call for store manager Jeff Hines, he didn’t even listen what I was trying to say..
He humiliated me in public place in front of everyone , shouting that I have an attitude and I was kicked from his store already once…
The customer service rep doesn’t have any customer service skills nor store manager Jeff Hines

Go to Reliable Parts location, where I was treated as value customer and I was helped by stuff to find and order all parts I was looking for!
