Very good
It is a park setting, complete with birds songs, flowers, and greenery. A three building complex with new hard working management since November 2017. Tenants feel safe, respected, and cared for. Definitely a place that one can call home. Added bonus is a seasonal pool. It is quiet despite the Semiahmoo Mall directly across the street. Rumour has it that a Winners and exercise club are being added. So, nothing is perfect in this world, but living here almost is.
