Communication difficulties from the start! Called to see if they could simply print ten black mat photos for a school project importance on getting the photos back…

Photos have been sitting at the shop for an extra week due to not letting customer know!

Picking up photos they were completely taped up and was uncomfortable to look at at shop? Viewing photos at home, They have printed black and white photos in color? This causes red Hughes in the white and blue hues in the black completely unusable!

I feel a company offering professional printing should be able to sit down on their customer and show a client what the print should look like?!?

Company insists it’s a file problem where is the other printer companies agree it was a print issue no reimbursement...
I do not suggest this company to my competition!
