BAD SERVICES!!! THOSE CS are impolite all the time!! And they can miss out the scheduled pickup with unreasonable reasons!! They didn't feel apologize :(

So it's taken you all this time (3 weeks) to come back with a totally "Lame" response. This is totally unacceptable. I was not informed of anything of the sort, otherwise I would not have given you the business.
Your company do not even know what day of the week it is, failed to process a confirmed order, tried to deliver on the incorrect day, do not use gloves to handle items, do not use any care or attention with other people's property, drivers and staff with a dont give a sh**t attitude, refer clients to a dead complaints page, fail to read emails, fail to respond in a timely manner and generally have absolutely no clue what you are doing. Most importantly, you delivered pre wrapped furniture, which your driver unwrapped and covered in Oil and Grease in many locations. All video's and Images provided as he unloaded.
Rather than take a business attitude to the complaint, you ignore all my emails for 3 weeks and then respond with "owners risk of damage".  Shocking.  You do not deserve to be in business.
