This is a terrible ran place that does not honor gift certificates. The manager had every excuse why the gift card could not be used for the service we wanted. No where on the card does it state there are limits. The manager Connie is very rude and said not to bother coming in if we did not like it or want to pay more money, she has very unprofessional with horrifying customer service and tries to be little you when you question her. If I could rate 0 I would. Since new owners took this place and they let this manager run the place it went completely down hill. :( Miss the old owners and old spa. Will never visit again and highly do not recommend.
