Reviews of Forever Inked Tattoo in Surrey

First off... I know the responce comment that the manager Jason will leave to this review..... he will say I am crazy and i harrased his staff!!! I must tell my full story as a review. If u could give negative 10. I would!!!!!!!

Well yes, I am after this encounter. I went into forever inked looking for a specific artist that I had in the past and loved his work. I was told he had left the shop (smashed his name into the ground) and then promised me I would get the most beautiful tattoo that his partner Justin Parent.
Justin was given an idea and photos of my idea and a FULL month to do the art. I had left a 540$ deposit. 2 weeks before my appointment I had a very brief talk with Justin. He stated he was drawing up my art that week, and would produce the image via txt message.
Another week goes by and I get a call from the shop that Justin has taken a family emergency day. Ok, I get that.... however a week has gone by and I still haven't seen the art. I rescheduled for a week later.
The week of the tattoo, I phoned on the Tuesday to see if my art had been started. It had not been started. On the wensday I got a call to confirm the appointment... I called back and told them that yes I was planning to come in for such said appointment however I still had not received the art. Finally Thursday night... late!!! I received an image that I had told him was completely wrong and we were not on the same page. I re -gave photos hoping that while I was driving to the shop he would change things. Well... nope. With the time of shaving my arm and placing the stencil, I learned his whole life disaster including why my tattoo appointment was canceled. Conversation was not appropriate and I became very quiet and very very heavy hearted. I did not know what to say or do (I should have stopped the apontment at this point, however I wanted to trust this guy. Who tells a woman they have a "c@@k riding a bullet" tattoo. Yea I get it it's a rooster.
What I ended up with is horrid and extremely amuture. I asked for realism and got a cartoon. Again I didn't know what to do.... I thought maybe add stuff to fix it. However after sleeping on it and having 4 other opinions the dream of my tattoo was destroyed requiring a full cover-up.
I attempted to speak to the manager whom said he could "fix" it. This tattoo is not fixable.
The email I sent to the manager was then shared with Justin as he confronted me with this info on the phone.
A few days go by again and I attempt to call the manager to discuss the cost of "fixing" this mess. I was met by Justin answering the workline phone. Durring this conversation he put all fault on me and hung up the work line and proceeded to phone me from his personal phone!!! This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
At this time I now feel so uncomfortable I do not want to go back into that shop for any work done no matter on artist.
The manager is once again contacted as I had a credit on file. At this time he "banns" me from the shop and tells me of I want any money back to send in my daughter??? What???? This is baffling!!!!!! To say the least I got my credit back......and now I leave this review.

If you want.... name bashing.... unwelcome unapproprate conversation.... and very amature work done ... pls by all means see Justin.

The lesson learned here is trust no one and check those portfolios.

Justin is good for flash and small tattoos. When given the chance to make a beautiful arm piece... he just isn't there!!!! These photos are what I showed him.... and what I walked away with. Heavy scabs as well as he went way to deep.

I.do not recommend this tattoo shop for women!!!!!!!!! ... all the talented tattoo artists have left this shop!
