On October 23rd we purchased a new vehicle from Langley Hyundai. We were initially excited about our purchase and had a good experience with the sales team, however the finance department continues to take advantage of us. We took possession of the vehicle on October 24th and completed all the required paperwork for the financing of the new vehicle which
included a trade in of our current vehicle.

We had no problem with approvals or financing on our part, but it has been over a month since they took our trade-in and have still not paid-out the loan. We have been forced to continue to make payments on a vehicle we do not own to ensure our credit rating does not suffer
due to their negligence. We initially sent emails, left voicemails, which all went unanswered/ignored. We then had to escalate to our salesman and the sales manager just to get a response from the finance team member we dealt with "Tiago Galope". He began making excuses of the buy-out cheque to Ford Credit being "in the mail", followed by the company address changing, and other excuses like electronic transfers are not possible, etc. Now they have taken to completely ignoring us and have forced our hand to escalate things just to get them to actually pay out the loan as agreed. They have stopped returning our calls/emails/social media messages. We have now made 3 biweekly payments for a car we no longer own, on top of the payments for the new vehicle we purchased. We can not take any more excuses from them and need the matter settled immediately.

We had a very negative experience with Langley Hyundai. They promised us a dealer installed back up camera upon delivery. When we arrived to pick up car there was no camera although I called and checked with our sales person Tyler the day before. They asked for a day to get it all set up and after chasing them for three days they reneged on it. Judging by the overall experience we had it is my opinion that the unprofessional conduct we experienced is the standard operating procedure at Langley Hyundai.
