I have dealt with this business in the past and have always found their stock to be sub par but wanted the convenience of a place 5 min from my home. I rented some chair sashes on a Saturday and was supposed to return on a Monday. Due to a family emergency I asked someone else to return but they couldn't find the address. Long story short, the woman was calling my 12 year old son and leaving threatening voicemails (she didn't update my phone number). When I returned them and told her that her attitude was appalling and unacceptable she started screaming: "get the f*** out of my store". I obviously screamed back and she called the RCMP as she was "shaken and afraid" and told them I wanted to steal her sashes....disgusting business owner who has no business owning a business. You will find much better items at other stores and better customer service even without them trying!
