living at 10675 - 150th st was a nightmare. The manager told us there was no issues with our rental unit, involving pests. After three months, we have cockroaches and it took two weeks to get treated. Six months later, the roaches came back three times. We now have bedbugs from the laundry room. The management told us that we brought them in, and are responsible for treatment costs. We are going to leave everything, and walk away! They are going to be demolishing this complex, and management no longer cares. If you move out, they don't have to pay compensation fees. If you don't mind bedbugs and cockroaches, mice and criminals and only need two to three year housing then this place is for you. Expect an eviction notice close to the demolition date.

Moved in, and eleven months later cockroaches. Many treatments, they kept coming back. Bedbugs everywhere. Left everything. It is a hellhole. Do not move in. You will get infested.

Very bad place to rent. Old run down buildings with a landlord that could care less. They take no responsibility for anything that breaks or needs fixed. You ask to fix something they give you the third degree. All they care about here is the money. Don't rent here you will be sorry.
