They don’t respect their coaches and feel it’s okay to verbally abuse underaged people. I spent over 7 years of my time at this club to be treated like dirt. They don’t care about your girls they care about football, they run the teams as in they I mean the band of less than 10 executives. They keep problems in a hierarchy so that nobody gets kicked out or punished for their actions due to rank. Prime example being the old man in charge who is attempting to take over the role of an amazing ex president but is doing a horrible job. I sat through a meeting being yelled at and degraded by old men for me standing up for rules they had in place years prior. But due to this hierarchy one of the executives had a problem, brought it straight to the president, and then they themselves voted off to dismiss the case as not important and that it doesn’t impact their season or players. They disregard ex cheerleaders opinions to follow what they think is right.
