👎🏽If I could give zero stars, I would. Racist owner & service team. Don’t bring your vehicle here if you are First Nations! All First Nations vehicles were vandalized! It is a scam to get more money from First Nations vehicle owners! Under worse management than before!! !! The GM Charley was no better than the last Managment team! He stated that they “don’t want to eat the cost of their insurance deductible!” He told me that his dealership isn’t liable for damage even though they don’t have security! He stated that they are looking into it. He said “It is like parking your vehicle at the mall! We’re not liable!” My Jeep would be safer anywhere else! Edited!
Brought my Jeep in for warranty work! While my Jeep was left at Terrace Chrysler, it was vandalized & broken into along with almost every vehicle left there overnight! They don’t have security! Bring your vehicle to Smithers! Avoid this nightmare!! Terrace Chrysler charged me $357 for the window!! Do not leave your vehicle here!! They don’t pay for security or damages to your vehicle.
