Reviews of Swallow's Service Centre in Thorburn

I took my truck for a couple of repairs for first time to this shop.
They took in me into doing many more repairs that accordingly to them where need it even though i had not had any other issues related to this repairs that need it to be done.
I was skeptical at first but the mechanic that I trusted was extremely busy and I need it my truck to be looked after fast as I don't have a secondary car.
My repair costed me 2800K.
Within the repair I had to replaced a muffler and changed transmission oil/
Long story short a month after the muffler caused me problems with very loud noise and leak showed on the oil pan area.
I took it back and they told me that transmission lines need it to be replaced because they were leaking and off course did not wanted to recognized that they did not installed properly the muffler but agreed on welding it to improve support!!!.

At this time I asked for an estimated cost to change both lines and they said it will be about 1k plus tax( I only asked because i was going to prove them L as i had realized many things did not make sense on what they charged me like 12 hours labor to replace axle seals) but I was going to leave my truck with them again.
I went back to my former mechanic to got my car seen and they fixed the problem in 30 min.
The lines were not leaking but the oil pan that they replaced was not tight properly the oil filter was loose and the oil filter was not even the original for my car plus they charged me for parts and labor that they did not do.

They charged for repairs and parts that they did not do or paid for and they wanted to ripped me off again in 1k on nothing as they knew that was all about tigthting the oil filter which is had come off would had caused even more damage to my engine.


I may be foreign and a woman but i have common sense which is not so common these days.
They criticized my car quality and blaming into my dodge ram bad choice!!
I do not recommend this guys as the facts are more than clear.
