Gave me a whole different hairstyle than i asked for. I showed the picture i wanted 5 times asking if they know what to do. Instead they gave me a different style, taking only 5 minutes and rushed. They were in the middle of doing my haircut, and they left to go for someone else for 10 minutes then came back and ruined it

edit: forgot to mention that they kept asking for a tip. when I said no, they brought a random shitty ass statement that 2$ extra needs to be paid since we have “long hair” As a male, i don’t come here every week to cut my hair. Every time i go, they never ask for 2$ extra for long hair, even when my hair was longer before. NEVER GO HERE. all the reviews may seem like this is a good place, but it isnt. they always ruin our haircuts , and other customers were complaining in the store because they made something happen to their hair which isn’t supposed to. Please do not go here. If you see a reddish black hair woman with a partially wrinkled face, and who is an asian, never go to her. I had to pay 2 extra dollars when they didn’t even cut my hair for 10 minutes. I had to pay 4$ total in tips (when they said it’s because our hair is too long), i had to pay for my brother too. Please go somewhere else, and watch out for stupid people like her. Always scamming people. The person that i described above, she is the worst barber ever, and she made my brother wait 50 minutes or so to do other people’s hair, when she knew we were here first. Please never come here. They will scam you for your money for fake fees and scam you to keep it for tips.
