I called this place because I was referred by health care connect. The front desk yelled at me because I did not have an email by them. After getting cut off several times trying to explain my story with health care connect and that I had a disability I was refused. I called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and asked a lady why that happened she yelled at me. Then placed me on hold for another 10 minutes only to tell me to call back in 15 minutes. This service is atrocious and they treat clients like garbage. Completely unacceptable as they have no respect for clients.
