Reviews of Matt Carr Repair in Thunder Bay

I dropped my laptop on Tuesday morning. It had 3 issues I wanted repaired or addressed. I could not speak to Matt Carr when I dropped my laptop. I phoned again on Thursday, and still could not speak to Matt Carr. I then waited another 6 days, right up until the following Wednesday, obviously getting more and more frustrated that Matt Carr had still not called me back, and I still could not speak to Matt. Then, late on Thursday afternoon, 9 days later, Justine called, telling me none of my 3 laptop issues could be successfully addressed or repaired. After all this time, with 3 calls plus me actually going into the shop, I still had not spoken to Matt; only to Justine. It was frustrating enough that none of my 3 issues could be repaired; but to take 9 days, 8 full working days – way, way, way too long - to tell me nothing could be repaired; and also apparently to be "blocked" from talking to Matt, with Matt himself never actually phoning me; made my whole experience very unpleasant and totally unacceptable.
