Reviews of Roberts Plumbing & Sheet Metal Co in Thunder Bay

Called a night for an emergency (they supposedly perform emergency calls,).... They told me they'd come the next day in the morning.
Waited all day. Nothing.
Called after 7pm that night. With excuses of permits taking too long from the city, it wasn't deemed an emergency by the city, and could take 10 days.
I called the city, building department said they never even tried to file for a permit, and it was Friday 2pm when I had spoken. I was also informed, due to it being emergency of living without water, it didn't need a permit, just an inspection.

Boldly lied to, had my time wasted, and left without water for days. Just because I chose to trust these trash bags.

Attention landlords, property managers and out of town investors-- they Invoiced me $400 for a boiler expansion tank that was not installed. They did not provide evidence that other items on the $3.5k invoice was actually completed. They are unresponsive and unprofessional when attempting to rectify these issues. Will update this review if they actually address my concerns. This company needs to get their act together to establish credibility and a level of professionalism.
