James has no Idea what he is doing. I have brought my machine in three times while he attempts to fix it. He keeps claiming I abuse the machine and this caused the breakdowns. All he does when he "fixes" my machine is reassemble it with the same worn out parts. This doesn't prevent the problems from occurring again and leads to more breakdowns. I have since brought the machine to a different small engine mechanic who replaced the broken parts. i have had no further problems since the work was done properly by another business. James has also made several threats to me, and tried to loan me other customer's machines without their consent so I can use them while mine is being "repaired". Don't bring your stuff here unless you want it used by strangers or enjoy paying for no real work to be done. The large open bottle of Vodka on his workbench should tell you everything you need to know about his work ethic.
