Need to learn about smoking rules in buildings! If there is nothing in your lease about not smoking in your rental agreement, then you can smoke as much as you want in your unit! They seem to not know this! Sending tenants letters about not being allowed to smoke is false! These tactics are considered harassment and bullying tactics! None of their buildings are legit smoke free , so don’t let them tell you otherwise! Be honest with your tenants and tell them you can’t do nothing about smoking until the smokers move! They think that most of the dumps they try to take care of are condos lol! The lady who’s in charge of 612 Dawes rd thinks she’s smarter then everyone, but all she’s proved so far she needs to be more educated how to do her job properly!
